Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1. Service Usage

JickEdu is an educational institution management software designed for schools, colleges, madrasas, and coaching centers. You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, including student, teacher, and academic records.

2. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your institution owns all the data entered into the system. We are committed to protecting this data through encryption and secure storage. We will not share your institutional data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

3. SMS Policy

The integrated SMS service must be used strictly for institutional and academic communication (e.g., attendance alerts, exam results, fee reminders). Sending political, misleading, obscene, or unsolicited 'spam' messages is strictly prohibited. You accept full legal liability for the content of all messages sent from your account.

4. Trial & Subscription

New institutions can enjoy a 30-day trial period for only 50 Taka. To continue using the service after the trial, an active monthly or yearly subscription must be maintained. Failure to renew the subscription may result in temporary suspension of access to institutional records.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials (User ID and Password). Any activity performed through your account will be considered the responsibility of the institution.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% service availability and accuracy, JickEdu is provided on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any financial or academic losses arising from service interruptions, data entry errors, or misuse of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect updates in our service or educational regulations. Continued use of JickEdu after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
